Hi there, The house is located just off London Road. It's just a 20-minute walk to Brighton University. The area is safe. Lots of restaurants and pubs at 10 min walking distance. The housemates are amazing all students from Brighton University. They are quiet and keep the common areas clean. The only reason I'm leaving is due to a job offer in another city. The room is fully furnished. There is a shared Bathroom and toilet, which are separate. Please do let me know if you are interested. Thanks a lot -
