I'm moving out of the flat in mid January and am actively looking for a replacement to take my place as soon as possible! The lease expires on 23 June, 2019.

The flat is a 3 room flat located on the ground floor, and is a 10-minute walk from the University of Bristol. Supermarkets such as the Co-op and Sainsbury's are all a 1-minute walk from the flat.
This furnished single room includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, large drawers, a desk, a bedside table, and a full length mirror. The toilet is opposite the room and the kitchen is right next door.
The current tenants are all from the University of Bristol, and would prefer a female flatmate as a replacement.
