I am leaving my beautiful large room to move in with my boyfriend next January. The room is downstairs in a split-level four bedroom house with a shared lounge (with a piano!), huge kitchen area with dining room attached and two bathrooms. There are two outdoor areas, with a patio and small garden and a private parking space off the road.

The room itself is huge, with plenty of space for a double bed and sofa (and much more!) It is available unfurnished but does come with a wardrobe and double mattress. I would also be willing to sell the rest of the furniture if you wanted it. Bills are very reasonable and work out at about £70 each.

All housemates are professionals and work in finance, nursing and insurance. We enjoy sharing the odd bottle of wine but this house would suit someone who enjoys their own space and privacy. There is also a small single room upstairs which is free for guests or friends to stay in.
