The property has 5 bedrooms and 3 stories with 3 shower rooms and 4 toilets. On the ground floor, it has contemporary open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. There is a washing machine and the cooking wares which are provided. the cooker is new induction cooker. Going through the dinning room, it is the big patio where we have bbq there on a hot day. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom with an en-suite to the master bedroom. One student and myself (I often go to London) are currently on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor which are for renting and a shower room with toilet in it. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

It takes about 5/6 minutes to walk to the popular Whiteladies Road where there are plenty shops, cafe, restaurants, banks etc. and bus stops going to the city centre. 5/6 minutes walk from other direction of the house there is an area called Henleaze where there are also many shops, banks, cafe, barber shops and local grocery shop for affordable fruit and vegetables.

We are all non smoker. Everyone is friendly, clean, sociable and also respect others privacy. The house is very clean, bright, airy, tidy, modern and pleasant.
