Hello I have a few people finishing their courses this year and need to fill some rooms for next academic year 20/21

I'm easy to live with, tidy, considerate and sociable going into third year at UoB.

House is on the edge of UoB campus 5 mins walk from lectures and approx 10 mins walk to Broadmead, the triangle, harbourside etc..

Contract starts beginning of July for 12 months.
Rent is £400/mth, 1 month deposit.
Bills are about £40/mth extra. Decent private landlord so no extra fees and less fuss.

Bedrooms are good size double beds and furnished.
There is a living room and roof garden.
2 bathrooms. One is separated into shower room and toilet.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Virgin Media for fast reliable internet.
