Hey everyone!

Sadly our lovely house mate is moving out at the beginning of July so we’re looking for a fun, relaxed new person to take over her room.

It’s a good size double (the room comes furnished) situated on Queens Road. The location is fab with just a short walk to Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road and The Triangle.

It’s close to loads of nice bars and restaurants and is also close to public transport routes. There is plenty of permit parking available but also a few roads where free parking in the evenings is available and on weekends if you have a car!

We are 3 girls in our mid 20’s so we’re looking for someone around about the same age to move in. Izzie works at the Magistrates Court in town, Emily works in Healthcare as a Dementia Navigator and Abi is a Freelance Wedding Planner. We are a sociable bunch and like to hang out with a glass of wine and dinner but respect each other’s space and down time! We also aren’t shy to the occasional house party but like to keep it pretty chill during the week as we all work full time. So someone who is willing to hang out as a flat but also happy in their own company would be ideal!

The rent is amazing for this area so expecting a lot of messages (we will try to get back to everyone!)
