I am looking for a flat mate to share my flat short term (£700 per month for 1-2 months) or longer term but on a Monday - Friday let (£550 per month). I have a practical single room available which has great storage and amazing views.

The room comes fully furnished.

The flat is is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Georgian home with stunning views across the City. I have a cosy shared living room with dining area, sofa & TV and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee grinder and washer dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

I am easy-going and am happy to socialise or happy if you prefer your own space. I work from home 4 days a week.

My preference is someone short-term who can take the room full-time from August but I can be flexible so please get in touch if you are interested. Thanks!
