The room is very big. It is furnished with a bed, two wardrobes and a desk and still has space to spare. All the furniture is in good condition.

The house is nicely furnished, well maintained and is in a great location 1 minute walk from the shops and bars on North Street and only 25 minutes walk from the centre of town.

We have a nice garden and during the summer we often sit out and will definitely be having some BBQs when the weather warms-up! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and all sorts of other things as we all like cooking, but feel free to bring your own stuff. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet so there is never a queue and the house has a plenty of communal space.

We are two friendly guys (Remi and Oussa) and a lovely lady (Maria) in our late 20’s and early 30’s looking for a fourth person or couple to share our friendly house in Southville.

The landlords lives local and is happy to pop round to fix things when we ask.
