My flat mate is moving out so her spacious double is becoming available at the start of October.

The room will be unfurnished (soz about the mess in the pic but everything will be gone anyway), the windows are great for plants!

There is a large shared lounge / kitchen area are which is good for hosting things, and a shared bathroom with an extra storage room. Also separate storage downstairs for bikes.

The flat is situated in central Bristol (you can’t get much more central!), if you know Bristol you’ll know how good St Nicholas street bars are.

You will be sharing the flat with me, I’m 22 and mostly working from home atm (mortgage company). I’m into painting, running, skiing (I did 2 seasons), trying to learn the saxophone and drinking with mates.

What I’m looking for:
- A girl (22 +)
- Someone to live with but also a mate
- Social & down to earth
- Enjoy socialising but also like your own space occasionally
- Ideally you’d work out of the flat as the area isn’t great for WiFi
