Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the rest of the academic year. The room is located on Hotwell road in Bristol.

The flat is 5 bedrooms total and the other flatmates are all really lovely☺️. The flat has a shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom.
The tenancy goes until the 27th of August. The room is already empty, already ready for you to move in.

Rent is £151 a week and can be payed in full or in three instalments (with a valid UK based guarantor) however, the last payment was on 20/04 so you would need to pay in full anyway..
