Hi, I'm looking for someone to overtake my tenancy agreement that I have with a UNITE student accommodation, in the centre of Bristol.
This accommodation is specifically for postgraduate students so the accommodation won't accept anyone else for it, unfortunately.

Please don't message me if you are not a post graduate student!!

I have already moved out, so all that needs to be done is have your student name and number be sent to the accommodation office in the university of Bristol for them to approve of it. I cannot tell exactly how long this will take, but hopefully a few days. First come first served!!

No deposit needed, but as far as I know when we arrange with the University of Bristol's accommodation office for the tenancy agreement to be transferred to you, they will ask for the full six week's rent up front.
180 pounds a week covers all bills.

The flatmates living there are university of Bristol students, 3 from China and 1 from the US.

The room has a single bed, a desk, wardrobe, shelves, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen has a microwave, oven, two fridges, kettle. Sitting room also there with couches.
