I unfortunately am having to move out of my lovely room in Clifton. It is on Richmond Terrace and walking distance from most places in Bristol including the uni, centre and most clubs/pubs.

The tenancy is running from 25th September - 20th June 2023. However, may be flexible about the move in date. Rent is paid quarterly due on 01/10/2022, 01/01/2023, 01/04/2023.

The room is living with two sociable and fun girls. One is a recent graduate/young professional and the other is a degree apprentice. The girls like to go out and socialise but also enjoy staying in together. This room is perfect for either a student or professional.
