Sunny double room to rent in Southville home, sharing with owner and cat. House is handy for North Street's cafes, shops and bars and has easy access to Ashton Court and the bike path to Pill. Near 24 bus route into town, or it's a short walk.

Room comes complete with double bed, wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and two chests of drawers.

Bike storage is available downstairs.
Car-owners can access a parking permit via the resident's parking scheme at the first car rate as I don't have one.

Shared use of bathroom, lounge and kitchen. House features washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, microwave and small courtyard-style "wildlife" garden.
