The flat is next to Redland Tennis Club which has a gym and squash courts. The flat overlooks a park which you have private access to. It's on the top floor of the building with a balcony. It's roughly a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and Whiteladies Road and a 15-minute walk to Redland station. The room is a furnished double room (Bedroom 2 on the layout photo, photo supplied, the room has also now been updated with a desk included). There is a shared living room and bathroom. I am looking for a student or professional who is tidy, friendly and understands this isn't a party house. I enjoy going out but also like a movie night in. I'm currently studying psychology and work in a pub. I like to keep the flat tidy and clean while maintaining a homely feel to it. A tennis buddy would always be a bonus 😀. The flat is in council tax band C, council tax is not included in the rent but all other bills are.
