Hi there, I’m leaving Bristol at the end of the uni semester and am looking for someone to sub-let my room!

It’s a double bedroom just off Whiteladies Road, fully furnished, available from 23rd March until the end of June! It has a desk, a large built-in closet as well as other storage and drawers. It's really well-priced for the size and location, £580 a month and another £40 roughly for bills monthly. There is a requirement to pay all three months of rent upfront, in lieu of a deposit - so total would be £1,740 to be paid prior to moving in (and bills would be paid monthly).

Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both with sinks, toilets and showers, one has a bath included!

We have a lovely open plan kitchen and living area which is so nice, makes things a bit more social, and it has skylights in addition to windows which add extra light to the room (perfect for plants lol).

There are three other flatmates, but they will only be around some of the time - most will be gone from mid-April time.

We are really relaxed, not a party flat but like to hang out together when we can, have a film night, go exploring together - just cosy flat things. We're very open-minded and accepting, pretty mature students overall. LGBTQ+ friendly :)

We value making our space homey and keeping it clean.

Really well-situated, it's about 5 minutes walk from a Sains local, 10 minute walk from a large Sainsburys, and 20 minute walk to University of Bristol campus! There are bus stops a few minutes away (1, 2, 3, 4, and the U1) which come really frequently and can get you into the city centre/Cabot Circus area really quickly. The downs are also only a few minutes walk away which is so lovely for walks and runs (and dog-spotting for serotonin levels!).

The room would be fully cleared out of belongings, so it would be fully yours! Would expect the person to be respectful of the space and leave it in the condition it was found in.
