Urgently looking for a third student to join a houseshare for the 2025/2026 academic year!! The house is a 3 bed, 3 bathroom on Whiteladies road, 10 minute walk from UOB and 10 minutes to Clifton Down shopping centre! It is such a nice maisonette, the lounge is spacious with a big glass door that opens up into the back garden. It has two fridges, two freezers, a washer/dryer, 3 showers and one bath. The rent is currently £780 pcm, and bills have been £25 pcm so far. My landlord hasn't yet confirmed what the rent for next year will be, but I would expect around £800-£820 pcm so if you are interested please keep this in mind.
Two of my flatmates are graduating this year and as am staying on to do a masters, I want to stay here next year too. So far me and a friend (two fourth year students) are ready to sign for the next year, but we need one more person to join us, and we would need to sign ideally in the next couple of weeks! The ideal flatmate would be someone who is clean, respectful & kind! We are both vegetarian so it would be a bonus if you are veggie, too :) love anything creative like painting, drawing, knitting, my friend loves boardgames and we both love music.
