Hello! I'm a final-year student at UWE Bristol, and I'm looking for four more people to join me in renting a student property in the center of Bristol. It’s a five-bedroom maisonette located right in the City Centre, close to a supermarket, pubs, cafes, and bus routes to UWE, with a 25-minute walk to the University of Bristol.

The property is fully furnished and includes a spacious lounge, a fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a cooker and fridge freezer, plus two shower/bathrooms. Rent is £500 per room per month (excluding bills). The property is available only to a group of students, so I’m hoping to find four other students to join as soon as possible.
