A spacious bedroom is available in a 2 bed house in Montpelier (20-30 mins walk to UoB) as my housemate has moved out. The tenancy starts on 20th February 2025 and ends on 19th August 2025. An earlier move in date is possible. The rent is 675 pcm + bills. There is a shared bathroom and a kitchen/lounge. There is also a small storage room and a bookshelf in the common area.
A little bit about myself. I am a PhD student studying physics. I like walks, reading and cooking. I am also queer and have Coeliac disease. Because of the latter, I prefer flatmates that clean after they cook to avoid cross contamination. :)
