As there is only the 2 of us! im looking for a flatmate who wants to be a mate as well as a flatmate. So about me: Im 35 and I am in recruitment, I love socialising, travelling and im a big sports fan. Play poker alot in my spare time and also go to the gym alongside the normal seeing friends, going out, and just general chilling.

Fairly open to who moves in as I get on with and can accomodate to most but hopefully looking for someone who is keen on occasional night ins/outs including pub visits/eat out trips/movie night ins etcc.. I do also appretiate peoples space and like my alone time too.

Rent is £700 and all bills (including council tax etc..) comes to around £150

Was also looking to get a bi weekly communal area cleaner (but im 50/50 on that) - so open to discussion.
