Hi, I have a spare room to let in my 2 bedroom flat.

The flat is on the first floor on a quiet street in Cotham. The room is a fully furnished small double, with a bed, wardrobe/drawers, desk and plenty of shelves. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and has good light and great views. It is a convenient location close to Stokes Croft with very short walks to both the city centre (~10 minutes to Broadmead), the University of Bristol (~11 minute walk) and Clifton Down (~20 minute walk). Bills are included.

About me – I am a final year PhD student at the University. In my free time I like climbing, the cinema and live music.

The room would be suitable for another student, however it is not a requirement.
