Double room available in Harbourside flat - with gorgeous views and amazing central location!

Flat is located within the very desirable Wapping Wharf area with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a grocery shop all around it. It's a 5ish-min walk from Millennium Square, but pretty much everything in the city is accessible from here.

My housemate is moving out as she’s looking for a change, so looking for someone to start a new tenancy with me! I love the flat so much and cannot bear to leave it!

What's on offer:
An unfurnished double room with en-suite in a gorgeous 2 bed flat.

There is a balcony off the lounge that overlooks the harbour with views over to the amphitheatre - the view at Christmas time is stunning with all the lights across Cargo, and summers are great being in the heart of all the action!

As in the photos, there is a spacious shared open plan kitchen, living room, and dining room (the furniture in the photos are not current, and the current furniture is in possession by my current housemate, so any furniture for the communal space is welcome!). There is also a main bathroom, but the bedroom has its own en-suite that only you will have access to.

There is a communal utilities cupboard with a washing machine/dryer and another cupboard for coats/hoover/bit of storage.
Access to your own food cupboard and fridge/ freezer drawers, but the other cupboards (pots/ pans/plates etc.) are shared.

Also available is the option to obtain a permit for the secure car parking facility for the flat complex.

Rent is c. £880 a month, with bills c. £210 a month.

About you:
I'm pretty open minded about who l'd like to live with, but ideally looking for someone who is social but is also quite happy to chill too! Given there are only two rooms, l'm hoping it will feel less like two stranger inhabiting a space together! Would be nice to have dinners together every now and again!
Ideally (but not specifically) looking for a professional who works typical Mon-Fri hours, who is clean and tidy, and who is respectful of the flat and others!
No couples or pets please.

About me:
I’m Jonny! I’ve been living in Bristol since March 2024; however, I have previously lived in this great city during my undergraduate days a fair few years ago. I currently work full-time, with office days in Bristol, as well as WFH days (and a trip to Milton Keynes once a month). I also study a part-time Masters at the University of Bristol, which can have it’s stresses, but does mean I’m in need of a break every once in a while, and would be awesome to share that with someone, especially when the summer rolls round! Otherwise, I’m a fairly outgoing guy, with keen interests in a wide range of sport (both playing or watching), film and music, as well as a bit a casual gamer at times! I tend to be more of a night-owl in the sense that I’m usually up later than awake earlier, but am very respectful of noise when pottering around in the evening so shouldn’t be disturbing!

I like to keep a tidy & clean communal spaces, but can understand occasionally when life gets in the way and am entirely appreciative of that!

I'm a meat eater (for those that that might be a dealbreaker for, understandably) and do enjoy sampling some of Bristol’s great cuisine, as well as enjoy cooking myself so would love to cook/eat together on occasion too!

Other info:

Viewings for the flat are being held in the evenings (after 5pm) and on the weekends - but may be able to sneak in a viewing or two during the working weekdays if I can. Looking to do viewings ASAP.

Reference checks will be required by the landlord pretty soon after that (you will need a work reference and previous landlord reference).
