I am subletting my room for 2 months from the end of April/start of May to the end of June. The exact dates can be a little flexible (the room is available from the 20th of April - I am looking for someone to move in between then and the first week of May - until the end of June. This is perfect for anyone doing a short-term visit to Bristol or needing a place to stay before finding somewhere permanent. I'm happy to leave my bed linen/kitchen items so you can move in with the bare minimum (though of course you are welcome to bring your own!).

The rent is £850 a month with bills included.

The flat is a beautiful Georgian house located in the quiet residential area of Cotham. It's only 5 mins walk to Gloucester Road and 15 mins walk to Cabot Circus. We have a large living room (with an electric piano!) and a separate kitchen. You will also have access to the communal garden and garage that's suitable for parking a small car.

The room is a large double, fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a bedside table, bookshelf, shoe rack and a desk with drawers - even with all of this there is plenty of floor space! I also have a double computer monitor display which I can leave if you would like.

I am a PhD student and will be subletting my room while I am away on fieldwork. The flat is shared with another PhD student. We are looking for someone clean and responsible. Ideally female to replace me but we are also open to male tenants. We both enjoy crafts and do regular craft and movie nights, which you are very welcome to continue the tradition when you move in :)
