Room available in 2 bedroom flat in Clifton (furnished - double bed, shelves, drawers, and small wardrobe). Shared bathroom with bath/shower, combi boiler. Kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer.

I'm the owner of this flat, and I've been living here with my partner and cat for the past couple of years. Due to his job, my partner has recently moved away.

It's quite a spacious flat, and I'll often be away at weekends, as well as potentially for a few weeks over the summer for a work placement (not yet confirmed) and a week's holiday. I work 9-5 at Southmead Hospital the rest of the time.

The flat has on-street parking - I have a resident permit but no car, so if you needed to park I'm sure your car could go on that.

I think the room would suit someone who likes their own space and isn't looking for a party house. You'd be welcome to work from home. I'd be happy to share the odd meal/ watch TV of an evening, but equally there's no pressure from me if you'd rather be completely independent.

Getting on with cats is essential. Smokey is a beautiful and polite rescue cat. I would be particularly interested in someone who would be happy to feed her and keep her company when I'm away, where possible.

My longer term plans are not yet confirmed, but my aim is to move in August/September over to where my partner is now working. At this point I would plan to rent out the flat as a whole via a management company - you would potentially be able to take over the whole tenancy if you wanted, with another flatmate. Equally, if I can't find a new job I'll be staying here a bit longer. I hope to have more information about this in the next month or two.
