Hi, I am looking for one tenant (sorry, no couples) to let my spare room in my comfortable Georgian flat in Brunswick square from 4th March, I am from Oxford originally, been living in Bristol for 5 years. My background is in teaching English and I now run a language school in Stokes Croft.

THE ROOM & FLAT
The room is a good size, with double bed and plenty of storage and door leading outside to spiral staircase and shared courtyard. The flat is fully furnished to a high standard, with a large living room with 50 inch TV (+ Netflix) and a good sized shared bathroom with shower and bath. The flat is one of seven in a large Georgian building, it has a communal area for bikes, a large cellar and a communal court yard, all recently refurbished and whole flat has been painted recently. It is 2 minute’s walk from Cabot Circus, Stokes Croft and the coach station, so great location.

Looking for a tenant to rent the room for 6 month minimum period.

ALL USUAL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE RENT:
Room rent includes all usual bills: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed Broadband, TV licence for lounge TV, a bi-weekly cleaning service for communal areas and regular house maintenance.
