Heyy! A large double room has become available in my current house share (available from 24th October ) . It will come unfurnished but has huge built in wardrobes !

The property is a big 3 floor house seconds away from Parson Street Train Station and bus stop. The house has got a nice sized garden, large double driveway and onstreet parking . There is 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath and one with a shower) ,a good sized kitchen/diner with 2 fridge/freezers and a decent sized living room.

We are looking for a female between 20-25 who is social and also like there own space ! You will be sharing with two females and one male all 22 years old :)

The potential flatmate must be working full time, as you will be subject to background checks from the estate agents so you must be able to pass these. Rent is £525 and bills are NOT included and roughly £100 per month each .
