Hi, we're Matt and Brambles.

We've got two rooms available in a 4 bed house share in Southville/Bedminster. Both are decent sized doubles, and come unfurnished. Though there is an option to have them furnished if wanted. Space on the drive for a car too.

There's a good sized lounge, with plenty of seating, and we both enjoy spending time in there. The kitchen joins on, and is semi open-plan, making it even more spacious.

It's a stone's throw from North St, East St, Dean Lane, and The Corrie. Plus it's just over the water from Wapping Wharf. Plenty going on, but hidden enough to be quiet.

Rent is £675-695 per month (depending on room), and we're expecting bills to be around £100-120.

We're both in our early 30s, so ideally someone around that age. Matt works for charity, and Brambles is a chef. We both enjoy socialising, and are looking for housemates who'd be up for the occasional movie night or some board games - whatever ya fancy.

We're both pretty chilled and easy-going and want a nice homely vibe.
