**UPDATE: ROOM HAS BEEN FILLED**
Hello there!
I am moving out from my cozy room in a house of 6, since I found somewhere more suitable to live since I started working from home full-time.
The room is an en-suite, top floor with a large balcony overlooking the garden facing the hotel next to us - really nice during the summer time! (Pictures will be uploaded soon). The photos provided are how the room used to be, and some bits have changed since.
- The previous tenant took the rugs and mirrors etc with her
- wardrobe is slightly smaller and it is tucked in the alcove
- mini alcove next to the bed has in-built shelves now that I tend to cover with a sheet for a more tidy look
The house location is ideal for, you know what they say: location, location, location. It is right by the river, and you will walk to Cabot Circus in 10-15min, and 5min from the harbourside.
You would be sharing the kitchen and living room on the ground floor with a Spanish guy, and English, Chinese girls who I have lived with for the last 2,5 years, and Venezuelan girl that will move in around the same time as yourself. Everyone is really friendly, and the house is generally pretty quiet. All of us have always respected each others space and privacy.
In the kitchen, everyone has their designated cupboard and fridge and freezer spaces, so you do not have to worry about people taking your food. Plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc. are all communal - so no need to worry if you don't have a mobile kitchen with you!
If you have any questions, ask away!
If you are interested, please write a few lines about yourself: what do you do, when you'd like to move in etc.
Cheers,
Lotta
