I am looking for a short term let (for between 3 to 6 months) in my home. Its a ground floor double room furnished with bed, desk and drawers, in a family home with shared kitchen and living room.

You would also be sharing the house with my 2 year old son. Whilst he is pretty chilled and friendly, he is also running around a lot, and will sometimes find life more emotional! I'm therefore looking for someone friendly and chilled who is open to this set up and being around family fun and chaos that follows! We are pretty used to having different lodgers living here, and they are very much a part of the home in a house-share come family home kinda vibe!

There is also one other lodger / flat mate here too. She is super friendly and doing some babysitting for me too, before going travelling. The house has plenty of shared living space, including a garden. I work from home a couple of days a week, and it would be fine for someone else to do the same.

The house is only a 5 minute walk to the pubs and shops of North Street. Whilst Ashton Court is only 15/20 walk away. There is a garage where you can store bikes etc and parking.

The room would suit someone who is looking for a short term solution whilst they get themselves on their feet with a more permanent solution in Bristol, or as a base before/after travelling.
