Looking for mature, quiet, clean & tidy professional (single) person or a quiet mature student (- who keeps normal working hours & is out each day) to rent my spare room ideally on a Monday to Friday basis. (Full time possibly considered @£550 pm plus 1 month deposit .) My beautiful, old, characterful cottage has been totally & sympathetically renovated over the last few years & is situated in old Buckingham on a quiet road; 5 minutes walk from the town centre. On road Parking is available nearby.
My home is warm & cosy with a fully fitted kitchen, a modern shared bathroom & a sunny courtyard garden.
