I have a lovely three storey town house which was recently renovated. Three female students are looking for a new female students to join them in this spacious and friendly house. The bedroom is a large en-suite with lots of built in storage.
It is in the best location in Buckingham being only less than a 3 minute walk from uni and 5 mins from the town centre.
The Bedroom is Approx 5m x 5m and is furnished with modern IKEA furniture plus three built in wardrobes. It has been painted, recarpeted and has a new mattress.
Open plan dining area and kitchen.
It has a garden and off road parking plus a garage for storage and an extra fridge and freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer and dish washer.
I am looking to keep this house as an all female occupation.
I am a fully licensed landlady and have lots of references from happy tenants. I live only 20 mins from Buckingham and I’m always on hand to sort out any problems should they arise.
