A large double bedroom is available now. It's furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, long mirror, desk and chair. There are two shared bathrooms nearby. A double with en suite, will also be available in early November, and a smaller, cheaper double in late November.

The lovely, spacious house has a well-equipped kitchen and open-plan dining room, large living room, laundry and downstairs toilet. There’s good wireless broadband and secluded bike storage at the side of the house. We have a cat who is friendly on her terms.

We’re looking to maintain a friendly and clean environment. In the past, we’ve sometimes shared meals together and had the odd games night. We’re flexible on age and gender, mainly looking to find someone who is a good fit for the household.

I’ve lived in the house for several years, I’m super old and work as a psychotherapist. The other current housemates are a female, 25, working as a translator; and a female, 27, who’s working for 3 months after her Masters before returning to the USA in November.

The house is in a really excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 1 minute's walk from the river and 10 minutes' across Midsummer Common to the very centre of town. There are local shops nearby and several supermarkets a short bike ride away. It is easy to get to the Science Park by bus or cycle (3 km away). Both train stations are 12 minutes' cycle and Addenbrooke's hospital is 5 km away (15-20 minutes' cycle).
