Very spacious double room in a roomy three storey house. It's on a lovely street just outside of Cambridge city centre (about a 10 minute walk, <5mins cycle).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, draws and shelves and you would be pretty much have a bathroom to yourself – it's shared with one other housemate but they also have a toilet next to their room downstairs.

The bedroom window overlooks a small back garden and fitzwilliam college playing fields.

It's incredible value for money for it's size and location, I've been in and out of the City for a few years and as a result I've compared quite a few different properties. This really is a gem of a find so I'm feeling quite torn about leaving – a decision forced due to a change in work circumstances.

Kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything a budding chef could need.

Relaxed and sociable atmosphere in the house. We have two students doing PHD's and one other working full time. Sociable but respectful of space and noise.
