We have a sunny double room available for rent in a great location in central Cambridge, close to the train station, city centre, multiple shops and bakeries on Hills Road and the Botanical Garden is just around the corner.
The room has two windows overlooking the south-facing garden so gets a lot of natural light. We have a shared bathroom and downstairs toilet, kitchen and living room as well as the garden that has a small lawn and a super productive apple tree. There is an off-street parking space and a garage. Bills are not included but come to about £50/ month.
We like cooking and chilling together but also like our own space - looking for someone who is happy with a balance of having a glass of wine together over dinner, but also happy doing their own thing.
