I am looking for professionals or Students that enjoys socialising sometimes and respects other people’s things and keeps the common areas of my Flat clean.

I cook quite a lot, so I’m always willing to share some meals and cook together sometimes. The people in the house are not party people and appreciate each other’s work times.

We do have a good time though, and enjoy having a few beers, having friends over on weekends occasionally. Going to a good gig/party or festival.
The Flat is a 15min walk to town and the same distance to science park. There is a bus service directly outside also.
I work in software, enjoy all music, cooking for friends, travel.
The room for rent is fully furnished and has a good amount of space.

The flat is small but comfortable.

The bathroom is shared, Not ensuite.
The Rent will be £599 all inclusive.
Deposit of one months rent will also be required.
