We are looking for two friendly new housemates for two double rooms in our house share in the Riverside area of Cambridge. Both rooms are on the first floor.

Room 1: AVAILABLE NOW! includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and storage cupboard. There is a spacious wardrobe just outside of the room on the landing.

Room 2: NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Includes double bed, wardrobe, storage unit behind the bed and shelving on the wall.

The rent is £485 per month not including bills with a £700 deposit.

The rest of the house consists of a shared living room, large kitchen dinning space, bathroom with shower and a garden. Our house is situated in a lovely area of Cambridge, 10 mins walk into town and our road runs downs to the river with quick access to Midsummer Common and Stourbridge Common.

Regarding the current situation, if you would prefer to view the house through a video tour, we understand and would be happy to show you around and have a chat via Zoom.

We are both teachers working in Cambridge and enjoy reading, yoga and spending time outside. We are both musical (don't worry, we're not loud!) and play in a band together.
