I live in the main house with my 2 children who live here part time.

Central location in Arbury, close to bus stop number 1 bus to town, station, addenbrookes. There's a One Stop shop 2 minutes walk away.
The room has a fridge, microwave, kitchenette space for kettle toaster, use of a large freezer in the garage.
You will have use of my washing machine and drier, and kitchen.
All bills included.
I have 2 cats.
My current lodger is moving out so I will update photos and add a video soon. She's been here a year and a half and loves the space.
I'm flexible on a lot of things in order to find the right fit.
