I'm currently looking for a full-time student to move in at any time.

The room is a double en-suite newly furbished as is the rest of the flat, with all bills included (wifi, heating, water, etc.). There is a kitchen/living area and is very well kept by flatmates, currently 3 males and 2 females between 19-20, who are all students as well. All flatmates are very respectful and friendly. The accommodation as a whole is very welcoming and warm.
There is 24-hour security, free gym, maintenance support, laundry on-site and a communal room for all residences. I currently paid the chuck of the rent since living here but there are still 2 more installments to be made, which equates to being around £98 weekly. There are also other installment plans, such as doing them in 6 installments.
