This large cottage is set in the beautiful village of Low Dolphinholme, LA2 9AX. NOT as shown on the map so please look it up. It is 20 mins drive North of Preston, just 4 miles to Lancaster University and a further 5 minutes drive into Lancaster center.

As this is a home-share, it is really important to get the right housemate rather than simply fill the rooms. It is important that I know something about you before arranging a viewing so you must have a completed profile telling me about you, your circumstances and what you're looking for?

I'm looking for an easy going, sociable female Housemate to share with my existing female housemate (30).

I tend to live away from the house a lot due to my work but am at home occasionally.

We're sociable and considerate to others and recognise when people need their own space. If you make a good cuppa, bake occasionally or enjoy a cheeky pint, you'd fit in well here.

You are likely to be seeking a comfortable, friendly home environment and not just a short term 'crashpad'. It will appeal to anyone who works or studies in town but seeking a quieter life at home.

Independent transport is essential as there are NO public transport options. None. Zero. Parking for your car or bike is free and easy.

The bright warm bedroom is for one person only, (female) not couples, and is available only to a non smoker. Given this is my home, visitors are welcome to stay over occasionally but I’d like this to be by exception, and not on any regular basis.
