This place is perfect for someone who is looking for a peaceful and stress-free place to live.
The building is very quiet with no loud music or residents drinking alcohol.
The room is a good size and is furnished and decorated.

The building is in a great location.
It is only 10 minutes walk to the shops and the train station in Preston City Centre and Avenham Park is at the end of the road and has cycle paths and walks into the countryside.
Free meditation classes are also available.

'The Centre, in general, is an ideal quiet place for those who want a space where they can keep to themselves. However, when you run into people in the common areas you will always find a good conversation accompanied by a perennial smile.
People are always friendly, calm, accommodating and ready to help when needed.
The location could not be better. The Centre is surrounded by beautiful parks, it is close to the river, the train station and the city centre, you can walk everywhere.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place, well located and surrounded by people who are easy to get along with.'
