Hi there, due to unforeseen circumstances I can no longer stay at this accommodation so I need someone to take over my tenancy.

Tenancy is 44 weeks, from 14th September 2024 - 19th July 2025, paid in 3 instalments throughout the year aligning with Student Finance, however this may be changed with discussion with landlord.

Deposit for the room is £99
