Hey everyone,
I have a room available in a house shared with 4 other lads, all around 22 years old. Three are in their third year of university, and one is a young professional. I’m looking for either a young professional or student to take over my contract, ideally someone who’s sociable and involved in sports.
The house has just been fully renovated inside and out, and it’s in a great location on Chichester Street. Available to move in January.
If you're a young professional Council Tax is Band C (which will be split with 1 other).
