On offer is my silver, first floor studio flat in Granary studios. The site is situated in the centre of Chester with excellent access to local amenities and university campus buildings within a ten minute walk.

I'm only moving out as a change of circumstances forces me to spend more time at home and I just haven't been living in the flat.

The room is on offer to students only and interested parties must provide valid proof of study before the contract can be signed.

The contract is paid in two instalments based on university terms, the first being £3,880 in January and the second being £2,134 in June
