Looking for a University of Chester student to take over the tenancy on a room in the Chester Towpath Halls of residence from my daughter who has decided to commute from home.

The accommodation is a ground floor room with a canal view. It has a double bed and en-suite. Its shared accommodation, with 4 other bedrooms and a shared kitchen and living area.

The accommodation is 10 minutes walk to the Exton Park campus and 10 minutes walk into Chester city centre.

You will need to take over the existing tenancy agreement which ends on 12th July 2025. The Student Roost charge is £185 per week, but we will only charge £150 per week if the tenancy is taken over. We will pay the difference between the student roost rate and the advertised rate which equates to £35 per week. This amount will be multiplied by the number of weeks for which the tenancy is taken over and paid as a lump sum at the point when the tenancy is taken over.

There are currently two male students and one female student. We're not sure who is in the remaining room as my daughter left before they arrived.

The property is run by student roost and can be viewed on the studentroost website (filter to Chester and The Towpath).

It is an En-suite silver canal view room. The photos are from the website and not the actual room, but the room is very similar to the photos
