My spare double room will be available from 6th Jan in the lovely Hoole area. I’m a live in landlord in my two bedroom house with my Greyhound dash (who’s sneaked into a couple of those photos!). He’s a very quiet and lazy boy so isn’t any trouble at all.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress and a smattering of other furniture.

10-15 walk from the city centre. 7-10min walk to the train station. Pavement parking outside of the house.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all shared but are kept very clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who will also help keep shared areas clean and tidy!

About me - you will mostly find me in front of the TV, running or walking the dog. I work in marketing so work from home 3-4 days a week and am also a part time actor so occasionally be away on the weekends.
