Single room in shared house, (Band A) very close to city centre. The other tenants are 3 males and are working full time.

Short walk to shops, opposite the university and just around the corner from the town centre.

All main bills are included. There is gas central heating, which is controlled by tenants, with unlimited hot water 24hours a day and unlimited broadband. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a handy back yard for hanging washing etc.. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

There is street parking and there are residents car parks that are permit controlled. The permits are currently free from the county council. My mobile signal can be patchy so if you can't get through please send a text and I will call you back.
