To share with house owner and other lodger who are happy for the future house mate to make themselves at home and introduce in their personality. Owners children visit every other weekend, girls aged 10 and 13.

The house has a large well equipped kitchen with the usual appliances. The sunny lounge is communal and has a wood burner to keep it cosy in the winter. (There is central heating of course.)
There is a garden, vegetable plot and bike shed. Parking is on the road. Dogs will be considered but the owner has an allergy to cats.
The room currently has a single pine bed but has housed a double in the past. There is a large mirror fronted cupboard with ample draws and shelves for storage as can be seen in the photos. If the new housemate wanted to replace some of the furniture with their own that should be possible.
