Our story - currently living here are 3 post grad dental students and a maths PhD student (we're so so much cooler and interesting than what we sound, I promise!)

After studying for what seems like a lifetime, the times come when we're preparing to go our separate ways as our courses come to an end. However, two of us (dentists remember - so free dental advice) will be working in private practice over summer starting in June before we move onto our new training contracts in Sept. We're looking for 1-2 housemates to replace the housemates we'll be loosing over summer. Unfortunately due to the timings the contract is likely to be short. However, we could possibly look into extending it for you after discussing it with our landlord.

The package
Apart from the obvious of getting 2 amazing housemates in a gorgeous grade II listed building, bills are included for both rooms. There is currently going at the moment....
-1 moderately size room on the 2nd floor
and
-1 massive room on the first floor overlooking the quayside. Honestly this is the best room in the house, I just cant be bothered to move my stuff into it.

In addition to having large bedrooms there is a large shared dining room/living room open planned with a shared communal kitchen on the ground floor. And a communal bathroom with a massive bath and shower on the first floor.
There is potential for parking behind the house (paid to council) or up the road free parking. In addition, the house is a close 5 minute walking distance to both Salisburys and town. There are also good bus transport links with a bus stop being opposite our house which goes all the way to the university.

What we want
We're currently looking for someone who is happy to stay with us over summer. We're a mixed bunch and cater for everyone's needs. We would also like to meet in person before if possible to check if we're a match. Either professionals or students staying over summer are welcome.
