Hi there, I am moving abroad and looking for someone to replace me in a lovely, chill house share.

The room is spacious and south facing, comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk.

The bathroom is currently being fully renovated so you will have a lovely newly fitted bathroom when you move in.

The lounge/kitchen area is fully furnished and equipped with a modern fridge, oven, microwave and gas stove. All pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery are there for common use.

There is a cute little back garden which bathes in the sun nearly all day, but is at its best in the evenings.

The current roommates include a professional along with two PhD students at Lancaster Uni. It’s been lovely living with them as they keep the place tidy. I would like to find a replacement for myself who is happy to take part in communal cleaning, who is sociable and respectful.
