Hi my name is Rachel and I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house.
The room is fully furnished with drawers, shelves, single bed, and wardrobe. There is plenty more space throughout the house to also store things and feel at home- if you wish of course! There is a large, spacious bathroom with bath and shower, shared with only one other person. Downstairs there is a lounge/dining area which is clean and tidy, and fully fitted kitchen with washer and dryer. There is a small yard outside to sit if it ever stops raining in Lancaster! I do not have a drive however there is always parking space on the street. It is on a quiet road, North side of the River, and it takes about 15mins to walk into town. Great access to junction 34 of M6 if you are commuting also! I have a tortoise who is no bother at all. I am pretty friendly and quite relaxed, sociable but not a party animal, and looking for someone similar to share my home with me.
