It has 6 bedrooms, the other 5 are occupied by students at Lancaster Uni, ages 19-21.

There is a great communal area with sofas and a TV, a large dining table and a kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

A basement room houses a washer and dryer plus space for bikes.

10 min walk into centre of town.

10 mins to main bus stop (Common Garden Street).

10 min walk to Williamson Park.

15 min walk to Uni of Cumbria Lancaster campus.

Shop and takeaway + pub 5 min walk.

£115 per week with Mighty House, payable termly in advance- next payment due 10/01/2020, so free until Jan 9th.

Sad to be leaving as love the room and house but need to be on campus.
